Kalkreuth Vendor Invitational 2018

The 2018 Kalkreuth Vendor Invitational was an excellent time for vendors of Kalkreuth to come together for a charitable cause yet have a little fun competing on two championship golf courses located on the lush acreage of Oglebay Municipal Park.

The goal of the invitational was to raise funds for the Easterseals charity.  Easterseals has been helping individuals and families affected by disabilities and special needs, live better lives for nearly 100 years. From child development centers to physical rehabilitation and job training for people with disabilities, they offer a variety of services to help people with disabilities address life's challenges and achieve personal goals.  

Overall the event was a success, raising $31,590 for Easterseals. This money will go towards initiatives to rehabilitate, and provide opportunities to increase the quality of life for program participants. 2018 Kalkreuth Vendor Invitational participants were able to hear from one family impacted by the profound work of the Easterseals rehabilitation program.  In this one testimonial a child with cerebral palsy went from extremely limited movement to having incredible functionality and mobility.
