JM Core Value Awards
The seventh annual JM Experience Awards were announced at the Executive Leadership Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado, at the end of January. The awards recognize distinguished accomplishments by JM teams who live our core values of People, Passion, Perform and Protect. Additionally, the Innovation Award showcases efforts and contributions to drive innovation across the company. New this year, a special Opportunity Maker Award was also announced to close out the reception event. We are excited to announce that Roofing Systems received the new Opportunity Maker Award.
The special Opportunity Maker Award sought to congratulate a team who acted on new opportunities to bring customers and profitability to JM. Congratulations to the Roofing Systems team for restructuring the business to bring superior service to its existing customers while also attracting new ones, thereby maximizing sales and growth.
In addition to the divisional awards, our Roofing Systems plants were honored at the JM Core Values Awards Dinner. Macon won the award for People, Milan for Passion, Scottsboro for Perform and Plattsburgh for Protect.
