CRSMCA Awards Ed Benson Their Highest Honor

At the end of June the Carolinas Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association held their summer meeting in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Since 1965 they’ve awarded their highest honor, the Gordon M. Water Distinguished Service Award, to one individual each year.  This year our North Carolina sales representative, Ed Benson, received the award.

 “Mr. Gordon M. Waters helped organize the Carolinas Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractor Association in 1943, and served as the first President of the association.   In his honor, CRSMCA has dedicated this as the highest honor awarded to a CRSMCA member for their dedication and service to this association, the roofing industry, and the community in general.”
