Ali Tiniay is a living testament to this strength, having been an integral part of the JM family for an impressive 26 years. His journey at the Bobingen, Germany, site started in 1997 when he embarked on his professional JM career as a spunbond nonwoven machine operator. Over the years, Ali has undertaken an exciting evolution, now holding the position of chairman of the Works Council at Bobingen. His narrative serves as an inspiring example of dedication, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to advocating for the wellbeing of his colleagues.
