Extra High Load Fasteners and Plates
Extra High Load #21 fasteners, #3 Phillips head and a drill point contain a corrosion-resistant coating and to be used to mechanically attach thermoplastic membranes.
High Load AccuSeam System
The High Load AccuSeam™ System is a premier automated system for mechanically attached seams. The System positions the 23⁄8" (6.03 cm), round, High Load Plate with eye hooks, and installs the High Load Fastener, up to 6" (15.24 cm) in length in a one-step, continuous process. Standard High Load Plates are not compatible with the AccuSeam™ Fastener and Plate System
High Load Fasteners and Plates
High Load Fasteners are a #15 case-hardened steel roof membrane fastener with Galvalume®*-coated steel seam plates. These fasteners can be used in a thermoplastic induction weld system with RhinoPlate®.
JM Termination Systems
JM Termination Systems include termination bars, anchor discs and masonry nail-in anchor and are used for membrane fastening systems.
Lite-Deck Fasteners and Plates
Lite-Deck Fasteners are available in lengths from 25 /8” to 12" (67 mm to 305 mm), come with a square drive and offer coarse thread to provide high pullout resistance.
Structural Concrete Deck Fasteners and Plates
The Structural Concrete Deck Fastener is a diamond point, non-threaded carbon steel insulation and membrane fastener.
UltraFast AccuTrac Fastener and Plate System
The UltraFast® AccuTrac™ Fastener and Plate System utilizes the standard UltraFast® Fastener and the UltraFast® Accutrac™, recessed or flat bottomed, square plate. The AccuTrac™ tool positions the plate and installs fasteners 15⁄8" - 6" (4.13 cm - 15.24 cm) in a one-step process. Consistent vertical alignment of fasteners ensures maximum thread engagement and pullout performance.
UltraFast Fasteners and Plates
UltraFast® Fasteners and Plates are used to fasten insulation in both multi-ply and single ply systems. The UltraFast® Fastener is a #12, case-hardened steel, polymer-coated fastener with a buttress thread design that provides maximum pullout values and minimizes fastener backout. The UltraFast® Plates are either round, high strength polypropylene plates with a special locking feature or round or square, premium Galvalume®*-coated steel metal plates.

Fasteners

All Purpose Fasteners
All Purpose Fasteners are #14 case-hardened steel fasteners with a #3 Phillips head. The point is designed for quick installation in new or re-roof applications.
JM Purlin Fastener
The JM Purlin Fastener is a steel-coated fastener with a ¼" hex head and ¾" (19 mm) drill point. The drill point allows the fastener to be drilled through the purlin before the threads engage into the standing seam metal roof.
JM RetroDriller Fasteners
JM RetroDriller Fastener is designed for attaching single ply membrane systems to structural purlins (up to 3 /16”) in standing seam metal roof retrofit applications.
Lightweight Concrete (LWC) Fasteners
Lightweight Concrete (LWC) Base Sheet Fasteners are expanding base sheet fasteners with Galvalume®-coated steel plates used in multi-ply systems.
Nail-Lok SD
Nail-Lok™ SD is utilized with steel decks in several panel applications including Nailboard, Vented Nailboard, structural insulated panels (SIP), and prefabricated wall panels. The extra-large star/spider head increases pull-through resistance and eliminates the need for plates or washers.

Nail-Lok™ WD is utilized with wood decks in several panel applications including Nailboard, Vented Nailboard, structural insulated panels (SIP), and prefabricated wall panels. The extra-large star/spider head increases pull-through resistance and eliminates the need for plates or washers.
Polymer Auger Fasteners
Polymer Auger Fasteners are glass-reinforced nylon fasteners with an internal ¼" (6 mm) square drive. Polymer Auger Fasteners have a 1" (2.5 cm) diameter head.
UltraLok Locking Impact Fastener and Plate
UltraLok™ Locking Impact Fasteners and Plates consist of a preassembled Galvanized steel tube, a 2.7" (6.86 cm) Galvalume®*-coated steel disc, and a precision-formed, coated- steel, high tensile, wirelocking staple. The disc is securely clamped to the tube and is rib-reinforced to resist cupping.

Plates

APB Plates
APB Plates are made of Galvalume®*-coated steel. The 2" (51 mm) round plate with barbs provides an even distribution of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the insulation or membrane.
JM ENRGY Anchor
ENRGY® Anchor is a lightweight, roof-top integrated, photovoltaic (PV)-mounting solution consisting of a Galvalume®*-coated steel plate welded to a stainless steel stud, with a JM membrane flashing target. Each assembly includes a leveling washer and membrane separator.
JM PVC RhinoPlate
JM PVC RhinoPlate® is a 3" (76.2 mm) round specially coated Galvalume®* plate with a recessed center and raised flat bonding surface. The JM PVC RhinoPlate® is a roof attachment system that uses heat induction technology.
JM TPO RhinoPlate
JM TPO RhinoPlate® is a 3" (76.2 mm) round specially coated Galvalume®* plate with a recessed center and raised flat bonding surface. The JM TPO RhinoPlate® is a roof attachment system that uses heat induction technology
JM VSH Plate
JM VSH Plates are 2.2" round heavy duty reinforced polymer plates with barbs utilized for in seam single ply membrane securement, and cover board preliminary securement of Very Severe Hail rated single ply membrane systems.
JM isoweld
JM isoweld® is 3.12" (79.2 mm) round G-90 steel plate with a flat bonding surface of proprietary TPO or PVC adhesive coating. Utilizing induction weld technology, JM isoweld® simultaneously fastens the insulation and membrane. Designed to be used with JM #15 Dekfast Fasteners.
Membrane Battens
Membrane Battens are a 1" wide, prepunched, polymer batten strips with prepunched, counter-sunk, GALVALUME®*-coated steel anchor bars.
