Liquid Applied Project Spotlight

Teamwork Produces Successful Energy Efficient Job

About half of the schools’ total roof area at the Dutch Fork High School campus in Irmo, South Carolina was due for a new roof. Representatives from School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties worked with a roofing consultant to specify that the new roof area be ENERGY STAR® compliant and LEED certified.

Johns Manville Offers an Efficient Approach to Restoration

25 years after construction, Orlando’s City Hall roof needed to be evaluated for replacement or restoration. Through extensive research, including moisture survey testing, it was determined that restoring the existing roof was the most efficient approach for this seven-level, nine-story downtown showcase.
